- IT San Pietro in Vincoli, a Torino. In primo piano, un terreno sterposo. E un cimitero abbandonato. Don Bosco pensò di trovarvi un locale per i suoi giovani. Ma erano più di 400, e terribilmente rumorosi nei loro giochi. Così la irascibile domestica del cappellano, con la scopa alla mano li cacciò fuori. Era il 25 maggio 1845.

Don Bosco thought that he would be able to assemble his boys here, but they now numbered more than 400, and their games were very noisy, so much so that the priest’s housekeeper chased them away with a broom. This was on the 25 th of May 1845.
