- <Patio 13 is a open and pluralistic project , invented in 2001 by the Normal School Mary Help of Copacabana (Colombia) and two German institutions: the University of Heidelberg and the pedagogical University of Fribourg. The project is committed to training teachers engaged with social issues and able to offer a relevant and integral teaching for children and young people living in marginal situations.>
